Prema ugovoru o koncesiji, od 1. januara 2026. na autoputu Egnatia Odos biće uvedene nove cene naplate. Ukupna tarifa za putničko vozilo od Igoumenitsa do Kipou Evrou iznosi 30,45 evra, uz cenu od 0,04 evra po kilometru (plus PDV) na svim naplatnim punktovima. Ukinuti su sniženi pretplatnički programi (EgnatiaPass). Dve godine biće omogućen besplatan prolaz samo za stalne stanovnike geografske oblasti Egnatia Odos.
